Driving
Driving laws vary—many require being seizure-free for 6–12 months.

Bathing & Swimming
Never bathe/swim alone
Keep bathroom door unlocked
Prefer showers over baths

Sports & Physical Activity
Most sports are allowed with precautions. Avoid activities with high fall or drowning risk unless supervised.

Sleep & Stress
Both are major seizure triggers. Maintain a consistent sleep schedule and minimize stress where possible.
