Helping First Responders Recognize and Respond
Living with epilepsy means seizures can occur unexpectedly. In those moments, clear identification can make a critical difference. The Seizure Safety & Medical ID Initiative exists to help individuals living with epilepsy be recognized quickly and supported appropriately during a seizure. Medical identification provides immediate information to first responders, medical personnel, and bystanders—helping reduce confusion, delay, and unnecessary risk.
